Privacy statement.

Pursuant to article 13 of legislative decree 196/2003 the Customer is informed that his/her personal data are collected and handled to carry out all of the functions that are necessary for providing messaging and telecommunications services offered by MESSAGENET, as well as for conducting statistical research and for sending to the Customer advertising correspondence by e-mail with regard to products or services that are similar to those purchased by the Customer.

With the consent of the Customer, which can be freely expressed by ticking the respective box at the time of registration, MESSAGENET may send to the Customer its own or third party commercial correspondence by sms, fax or e-mail.

Consent for said correspondence may be revoked at any moment by contacting MESSAGENET’s customer service.

The Customer may amend and update his/her personal data by accessing, using the UserID and Password the control panel that is reachable via the URL www.messagenet.it.

You can also delete your information, unsubscribing from all services, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to MESSAGENET S.p.A., Via Giacomo Leopardi 9, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy.

After you unsubscribe, you personal information will not be used for any purpose.

Personal data relating to Aliases collected by MESSAGENET in the list that is prepared in accordance with paragraph 1 art. 5 of resolution 42/13/CIR will be communicated to anyone making a request for the purpose of verifying a received transmission.

Information about cookies
