1. Why Smart SMS?

To send text messages from the Web and receive a delivery notification to let you know whether your message has been delivered to the recipient's mobile or not and to receive your answers on the web or on your mobile.

2. What is Smart SMS?

Smart SMS is an SMS Gateway, which converts SMS into messages you can read on a web page and vice versa.
There are many SMS Gateways on the Web, but Smart SMS is the only one which enables you to receive notifications and answers to your messages.

3. What can I do with Smart SMS?

1) You can send SMS to all GSM phones from your Messagenet personal page..
2) You can receive answers to your text messages on your Messagenet personal account page or on your mobile, if it has been validated in the proper area.

4. How much does Smart SMS cost?

Every message sent form Smart SMS costs 0.0975 € (VAT included) .
There is no additional cost: take a look at our rates.

5. How can I subscribe?

Simply activating or buying a service.
One subscription is valid for all Messagenet services.

6. How many users can use the same subscription?

The subscription can be used by more users, but the cost of the messages used is charged to the user who filled out the subscription form.

7. How can I send SMS from the site?

By clicking "Send SMS" you will access the sending form, where you can write the message, insert prefix and recipient’s phone number and select sending options: Flash SMS, answer on Web, on Mobile or no answer.

8. What is the notification's use?

The notification lets you know if an SMS has been delivered:

9. How can I receive an answer on the site?

You only have to select "Web" as the sender on the sending page.

10. How can I receive an answer on my mobile?

As a first step, you have to validate your mobile number clicking on "Validate mobile" in the menu on the right; validation keeps the user safe from fraud. After entering the code sent to you as an SMS, you will be able to use your mobile number to send SMS from the Web.

11. Can I validate my mobile for more users?

Absolutely NOT. You can only validate you mobile phone number once.

12. What can I do if I do not receive my validation code immediately?

If you do not receive the SMS with your activation code immediately or if you cannot enter it immediately, you can repeat the validation process at any time, entering your mobile phone number again and, even without waiting for the SMS, enter the code you received the first time in the field below.

13. How can I delete messages?

Just select those you want to delete and click on "Delete messages"
