1. Can I change my data?

You can change your personal data at any time, after entering your UserID and your password for access to services. Just go to the USER area in the control panel and click on the link "Modify personal data".

When buying a product or a service, you will be shown your invoice and delivery data, so you will be able to modify both of them.

2. How can I use my credit?

You can use your Messagenet credit for all the pay as you go services that Messagenet offers to its users. You can use it to make VoIP calls, to send faxes and text messages. You can not use your credit to buy online on our website.

3. What are conditions of payment?

Messagenet services and products can be acquired using three methods of payment:

  • Online Credit Card. Secure payment through Gest Pay by Banca Sella.
  • Bank Money Transfer
  • Credit Card via fax

Warning: Credit Card and Bank Transfer are temporarily unavailable for services paid with a monthly fee.

4. What can I do if I can not check out paying on line through my credit card?

For security reasons you can not use this option.

If you want to enable online payment by credit card, please make your first credit card payment via fax, indicating on the fax that you want to enable the online payments, and include a copy of an identity card.

5. Can I pay with American Express?

NO.

6. Can I unsubscribe from all services?

Yes you can, but be aware that all rates, both pre-paid and overdue, and the leftover credit will be lost.

Please remember that all configurations and numbers associated with the user will be lost too.

To unsubscribe you need to go to the USER section, select "Change personal data" . At the bottom of the page you will find the link for unsubscribing from all Messagenet services.

7. What is a credit balance alert?

To prevent our users from unexpectedly running out of credit, Messagenet sends two alerts.

The first alert is set at 6.00 € and can be customised from the credit management page, after logging in; the second alert is set at 1.20 € and can not be modified.

You will be notified by email at the address you used when you entered at subscription. This address can be modified from the 'Change personal data' page.
