Advertisements are generally sent via e-mail, fax or other means.

Should you acquire any goods from MESSAGENET, your personal information, address and telephone number will be given to others for shipment purposes. In no way will your personal information be given to others.

Should you acquire at least one of our services with payment, we will not send you information or advertisements on others’ products and services. We will only continue to send you information on services and products by MESSAGENET S.p.A.

The customer’s trade name and/or name could be referred to by MESSAGENET in future business negotiations.

You can edit and update your personal information at any time, through the control panel in the url www.messagenet.it, by entering your user id and password.

You can also delete your information, unsubscribing from all services, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to MESSAGENET S.p.A., Via Giacomo Leopardi 9, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy.

After you unsubscribe, you personal information will not be used for any purpose.

You have the right to oppose, at any time, to treatment of your personal information for commercial, advertisement or selling purposes or for market research or interactive commercial communication.
